Location: HCMC

Key responsibilities:

  • Making sound claims assessments and accurate claims decisions (Death/ Accident/ Medical Reimbursement/ Hospital Cash/ CI claims)
  • Justifying the validity and completeness of claims file
  • Giving out appropriate requirements for information, documents and investigation
  • Providing excellent services to customers, agency force and others
  • Handling customer’s inquiries and complaints
  • Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT
  • Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims Management

Requirements:

  • University degree. Finance/ Insurance/ Banking or Medical background is preferred
  • 1-3 year experience in claim function/ or TPA claim Medical reimbursement claim assessment is preferable
  • Strong analytical and judgmental skills
  • Good at communication, negotiation and presentation
  • High level of integrity and initiatives
  • Highly committed and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure
  • Be familiar with computer software and usage
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese
