Location: HCMC

Key responsibilities:

Support recruitment/ set up new General Agency (GA):

  • Prepare documents for interview including verify candidate information/ business plan review and other relating documents
  • Support to complete interview process (results, make appointment/ challenge/ reject letter)
  • Co-operate with all related parties to proceed new GA opening (production count/location verification/ renovation)
  • Support for GA opening ceremony

Supervise daily GAs operation from the opening day to liquidation:

  • Effectively managing GA performance through tracking reports / KPI reviewing
  • Support to complete liquidation process: receive request/ count debt/ asset recovery….
  • Documentation and filing: Ensure GA related documents are recorded and filed sufficiently and properly

Together with team organize Workshop/ Training:

  • Support to organize for training GAD & GA staff (Mini MBA – SM – OM – AA)
  • Support to organize GAD workshop in nationwide (2 times/year)

Requirements:

Education: University/ College graduation

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Insurance/ Agency/ Distribution Development/ Customer Service/ Training
