A. Direct Billing


  • The contract is still effective and the member is listed on the Insurance.
  • Submit full document: Insurance card and ID/Passport/Birth Certification and still effective.
  • Apply for all hospitals and clinics listed in Direct Billing List (Please see contract).
  • Direct Billing is applied 24/7 (Not applied on holidays,Tet)
  • Hospitals/Clinics request deposit before consultation or ospitalization.This deposit will be returned when discharge provided that Generali agrees direct billing services.
  • Scope of Direct billing: Please see contract.
