Dear Valued Customers,
Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC (“Generali”) would like to announce our plans to ensure uninterrupted service and support to our customers and the communities in light of the evolving Covid-19 pandemic situation in Vietnam and globally.
Our key priority during this time is to safeguard the health and well-being of our customers, employees, partners and communities.
Ensuring safe, uninterrupted customer service and operations
Generali’s customers can be reassured that none of Generali products carry exclusion of epidemics. Accordingly, all benefits related to Covid-19, such as hospital cash, health insurance, and critical illness insurance (in case of related complication), as well as death benefits will be fully paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the related policies.
We are pleased to inform that we have implemented plans to ensure safe and uninterrupted customer service nationwide. Our offices and customer service centers are frequently disinfected and adequately equipped with hand sanitizers and face masks.
Generali has a robust Business Continuity Plan in place which effectively enables our staff and distributors to work from home. This has become necessary as we join the government and every Vietnamese citizen in the effort to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. Even under the inevitable circumstances where we are obliged to temporarily close our offices, we would be ready to ensure continuous services to meet customers’ needs.

Generali Group recently announced an Extraordinary International Fund of up to 100 million Euro, aiming at supporting the communities and Generali’s customers impacted by Covid-19 in Italy and across the globe.
In Vietnam, Generali’s staff have voluntarily donated their one-day salary to the Company’s “Gen Yêu Thương” (GenCare) Charity Fund. The fund raised was then used to acquire more than 1,200 high quality medical protective coveralls to be gifted to the doctors, nurses and medical staff of Vietnam’s National Hospital for Tropical Diseases and HCMC’s Hospital for Tropical Diseases.
Generali will continue to closely monitor the development of the Covid-19 pandemic and may consider additional support measures as necessary.
We wish you good health and prosperity.
